UNDERSTAND YOUR FINANCING & THE PROCESS
Getting pre-approved by a mortgage specialist is your first step to beginning the process. This is your lender’s estimate of your borrowing power, which is determined by your application, credit history, down payment amount, income and debts. It’s important to understand the closing costs that are associated with buying a home too. Then, we begin your search. We will work together to build a list of needs and wants that you’d like to see in your new home. Once we have a clear picture of what that looks like, you’ll be set up on a customized search tool and we will begin the search.
THE SEARCH
Attending home showings is a hands-on, immersive part of the home-buying process, where listings come to life beyond photos. Walking through each space, you get a real sense of the home's layout, flow, and how it feels to stand in each room. It's a chance to look closely at details often missed in online listings, like natural lighting, room sizes, and even the neighborhood’s vibe. Showings can be physically tiring, with back-to-back appointments and careful scrutiny of each space, but each visit brings clarity on what truly resonates, helping narrow down the options to find the perfect match.
OFFERS, CLOSING & GETTING THE KEYS
Once we have found the right home, it’s time to put pen to paper. It will involve together to decide on an offer price, closing date, terms and conditions. Then it’s time to negotiate with the seller. Once accepted, the closing process begins, which includes finalizing financing, inspections, legal paperwork and all necessary paperwork. This stage can feel both exciting and overwhelming as everything lines up for the big day. Finally, when closing is complete, you receive the keys, a moment that makes everything feel real—your new home is officially yours, and the next chapter begins. And I’m with you every step of the way.

It’s a modern, invite-only, mobile–first platform that offers search features and functions, market analytics, historical listing details in addition to a secure, real-time communication portal that empowers you to use authoritative data on the market in a more transparent and collaborative manner in your real estate search.You will receive an invitation to connect with me directly in REALM. Using that invitation, you can access REALM through the desktop version or you can download the app through your app store. It’s interactive, intuitive and efficient.
